Pretty straight forward draw if you ask me. Aside from the Arsenal game I think most of the big teams dont have too much too worry about.
My picks are in bold:
Lyon (Fra) v APOEL (Cyp)
Napoli (Ita) v Chelsea (Eng)
AC Milan (Ita) v Arsenal (Eng)
Basel (Swi) v Bayern Munich (Ger)
Bayer Leverkusen (Ger) v Barcelona (Spa)
CSKA Moscow (Rus) v Real Madrid (Spa)
Zenit St Petersburg (Rus) v Benfica (Por)
Marseille (Fra) v Inter Milan (Ita)

I agree except with Milan - Arsenal. I can't pick any of them as a winner yet, it could literally be anyones game.
Bayern - Basel should be easy for ze Germans, only ManU could ever get in trouble against a Swiss team.

If ManU as a club has any sense of decency and honor they shouldn't take the offer. It would be so humiliating for them and even if they won in the end, they would be the most hated club on earth (which they almost already are right after Barca).
However, if FIFA is stupid enough to let ManU back in (I don't think they will) I wouldn't be surprised if ManU accepted anyway for money reasons.

what a load of ..
