Just came back from a pub for the Arsenal and Man Derby. Awesome games all around. And Everton won! Any day Everton wins is a good day for me.

Now we just need Wilshere and Vermaelen back, and maybe a little bolster in January. With champions league and our current play (and VanP, of course) I'm finally starting to feel the confidence! Gunnaz fo lyfe

They really have looked 'off' the past 5-6 games. Today's score wasn't reflective of how they played, in the first 50 minutes that is, but they were up against the strongest opponent they will face this season and Johnny's stupid red card made the task exponentially tougher. Give us (Utd) a few more close calls and Fergie will get up their asses enough to wake them up if this result didn't.

Hats off to City. I would expect a team in their position and with their talent to do what they did against a weaker team.

Full disclosure: I left the match on and found stuff to do in the kitchen after the red card knowing it would get ugly. I did check back and rewound the match to see how we looked leading up to Darren's goal then left the dvr to finish the match with no one watching.
