He's been graced with amazing teams and two of the best players to play the game. I'd like to see what his coaching career would've been like if he coached average teams.

Easy to be great when your team(s) is stacked with all stars.
Edit: Well, not really all stars, but when you coach teams led by MJ and Kobe you don't need to do much.
