Worst Hand Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was at Commerce Casino last night playing $100 NL game. I was doing well till the last hand that sent me home ( was up $500)
Had KK raised with 2 caller.
Flopped K, 5, 5, Bet, was raised, I smooth called thinking I'm trapping him. One guy drops off.
He went all in at turn. and I called.... ( don't even remember what turn and river was )
I flipped over my full house expecting him to have A, A.
To my surprise he grins and turns over 5,5....
I lost all my winning to him and left up $20.00....
AAAAUUUUGGGGGHHHH...
Sorry, just had to vent....

Hahah that's such a cooler. Happened to be before a couple times but only online. To have it happen in real life sucks!
You actually bet that boat? And he raised his quads? Both moves amaze me. They're extremely advanced moves----and raising with the quads is almost so advanced it's a bad move (if that makes sense).

It was a 100 table. We're not that advanced...
I only bet the amount I raised pre-flop which wasn't that bad. he wasn't a great player. He raised 4x my bet. I completely mis-read him and put him on AA.

But that was kind of my point as far as it being a $100 table haha. No offense, but players at $100 tables typically won't bet out a full house haha and won't raise with the nuts lol. Especially when you have the deck cut up with quads. Interesting hand for sure. Unlucky though. Did they have a bad beat jackpot?

Nah you didn't really misread him. I'd put him on Aces too or maybe AK (which is unlikely holding KK). A lot of players make that 4X bet with a mid pair assuming you didn't hit and are just making a continuation bet.
