Congrats to Utd. Chicharito and Nani really kicked ass this year (and Berbatov back at the beginning) :P

I've always said in the past that Arsenal has the pieces and just needs to gel/time/etc. Well, we need some real help. I mean it's tough to complain too much when you're always a lock for Champions League, and other clubs are struggling just to be in the Prem. But everyone knows what the expectations are at this level.

I'm still confident that had Vermy been available this season, and we'd have had a consistent keeper in there, it would be very different. We had so many losses where we dominated the game, only to lose on 5 seconds of defensive clowning. I mean at the very least, we should have the stupid Carling Cup!

We also need some major help for VanPersie. He's a lock for goals, in the classic Dutch tradition. But we just have too many games where we have 68% possession, pass it around the 18 for 1/2 hour, take 20 shots, and tie 1-1.

Wenger really needs to make a splash this summer. At this point, I'm actually indifferent if Fabregas leaves - although I think he'd end up being Henry or Hleb at Barca and not being a major factor. We should just try and get as much money as possible for him. I think the future core is Vermaelen, Nasri, and Van Persie. Most of our field players are solid. We just need to fill some major gaps.

The thing about Man U is they found a way to pull crap out. Most of the games I watched it really came down to the end, and they got it - and they didn't give anything away at home. Arsenal right now lack that heart, stamina and killer eye, and I hope we can find it. Still the most entertaining team in the EPL.

Dude, I was looking for tickets this weekend, and my wife mentioned that she and I are going to be out of town that weekend! I'm so pissed.

I can still help find tickets for those who want to go. There are packages available where you can attend the "training" session as well.

 

Sucks that you won't be in town. I think my sister ordered tickets last week so I should be there.

 

what are the ticket prices going for nowadays in the black market?
i have heard everything from $2.2k up to $14.5k (box)?

 

I just checked ticket prices today and the worst seats are going for about $150.

with West Hame relegated, i hope he will at least attempt getting Scottie Parker. imho he is exactly what you guys need in the middle of the park
