Kings vs. Avalanche right now. I didn't realize how terrible the Avalanche were! Amazing how one year changes a lot of things. This time last year they were in the thick of the playoff race. For a period of time this year they were 1-19 in 20 games! Kings leading 2-0. Our PP is finally rolling. 3 out of 4 in the last 2 games. We will be deadly if our PP is at full effect. First round last year we were 9 for 9 on the PP vs. Vancouver.

 

FML! Kopitar just left the game. He was on the ice for about 10 minutes. From the replay it looks like a broken right ankle.

Just released, it's a broken ankle and he will miss 8 weeks. He will undergo an MRI on Monday. It was a bad bad break. The replay was bad, I couldn't even watch it.
