I think the Devils have been outplaying the rangers for about 11 of the 12 periods played. Lundqvist has been the difference maker resulting in the two shutouts.

 

Lundqvist is the best goalie in the league right now IMO.

 

Except for high glove side.

I need to watch LA play before I make a judgement, though. People are saying that Quick is playing well.

Full disclosure: I haven't watched the Kings since I moved to the East Coast almost 10 yrs ago now. I have been a fan since Marcel Dionne, Glenn Healey, etc. were wearing the purple and gold though. And I was a BIG fan during the Gretzky, Robitaille, etc. years. I remember when Barry Melrose was the coach...


Anyway, I say all that to say I'm not on the bandwagon, but very excited to see the Kings back in the Stanley Cup Finals. It was so disappointing to see them lose to the Canadiens all those years ago. Good luck guys!!

 

Where do I sign up for the bandwagon? I have a signed Jari Kurri Kings hat from waaay back when I used to play if that helps my qualifications any.
