Wings are even having trouble selling tickets. I keep getting 'alerts' that tickets are available for $60 lower bowl/$30 upper for single seats. Hard to believe around here.

That's surprising about the Wings. Bruin tickets are like $150 for nose bleeds. Damn rich band wagon fans.

I paid almost $150 for my seats at Staples. Hooray for the non-hockey town! You can imagine my friend from Vancouver was stoked to get seats that close for that price - I think $150 gets you nosebleeds there too. He was not stoked for the outcome of the game, however.

Sweep tomorrow night! Unless D. Sedin plays. Maybe.

Detroit has never had exorbitant ticket prices, but even the prices we were paying the last couple years for playoffs hasn't been cheap.

I think first couple rows in lower bowl are going for around $175 give or take, if you can find them. Majority are still sold out.

edit: Also, if you buy a season ticket package you get guaranteed and early access to Winter Classic tickets. We're contemplating this one.

I think we paid around $200 for row 2 seats round two game 4 last year.

A number of years back we paid almost $500 a pop for nose bleeds for round three against colorado when the rivalry was still big.

Wow brutal hit on Hossa. Torres will be suspended quite a while after this one. Unfortunate for Hossa too, hope he makes a full recovery soon.
