Tonight we're honoring one of my favorite all-time Kings, Bernie Nicholls. What a player he was.

70 goal season, 150 point season, and 8 points in 1 game

Bernie is such a great guy. His daughter asked him, "When you scored 70 goals in one season, you must have been playing with Wayne Gretzky right?" He laughed and said, "Yep." Then he said, "Gretzky filled The Forum and I entertained it!" He's such a jokester!

 

Steve Ott is the epitome of ass. Never liked him and never will.

 

Had a great time at the game tonight with my parents. Our seats were probably some of the best we've had. Front row, upper bowl, right over an entrance. Perfect corner view and height. As fun as second row seats are, sometimes it's nice to sit back and just watch. The 7-1 score was ridiculous but awesome. The wings started to put on a clinic for the Jets. A lot of Jets fans in the stands too. Will probably be going to a few more games this month.

Yep Ott is definitely a b!tch. Takes a run at a player just getting back from IR and when our tough guy goes to kick his ass he skates like a madman to the bench.

 

The Kings defense is unbelievable. They aren't even allowing shots on the Power Play. However, the moribund offense is absolutely embarrassing.
