Man, there's NO hockey coverage in South Texas. This is what happens when you kiteboard all day. Bummer, there's not even highlights except for the internet. It woulda been nice to take the Bruins to task, but then again, you won the Cup last year while we finished last. I'll take where we're at so far this year.

Was it at least a good game?

 

^^ It was a good game. Bruins were up 2-0 (1 goal was weak) then Oilers came back with 2 goals in 27 seconds. 2-2, then Bruins went up 4-2 and never looked back. I was very impressed at how the Oilers play. I don't think they will finish last this year.

Yeah, they've been a lot of fun to watch this year. I'm pretty sure we won't finish last either. They'll certainly give a lot of good teams some scares this year. I really hope we make the show, nothing more fun than playoff hockey.

Nope, zip, nada, squat. Nothing at all. Not even newspaper coverage. Thank god for the internet, but I gotta say, I sure do miss my Canadian sports shows which are focused primarily on hockey. Even ESPN down here, it's like 24 hours of Joe Paterno coverage........

 

ESPN, while good for certain things, generally blows. I follow TSN on Facebook and Twitter. LOVE their coverage. The LA Times sucks when it comes to hockey coverage also. Then when they do cover hockey its about the Ducks. Pathetic. That's why I get The Hockey News. Just renewed it today. Stay safe and have fun man!
