Come on Jon... the hit may have been "dirty" but for the most part I don't feel the hit was meant to cause any Major Harm.... Should he be suspended for the rest of the series? Yes, eye for an eye and his counterpart is done , so he should be as well.... For those of us who have played competitive sports (Jon I know u have) we all understand what it's like to get caught up in the moment and make an ill-advised play which has an outcome we never hoped for. No excuses for what happened, but Hockey is a brutal sport and filled with emotion, that usually is a recipe for a disaster or two.
All that being said, I feel the Bite was 100x worse and the fact that their was no suspension will bite the NHL in the arse.

oh ok. I just glanced and read bite, as bark was worse than the bite. Makes zero sense I know. Thanks for clarifying.

They removed the suspension from his Escalade so he had to drive home in with his back hurting. Standard punishment for biting in ice hockey.

I agree with you Craigger, I'm just stubborn and mad after watching the hit again. Getting caught up in the moment can make a person do very regrettable things. I think the bite was BS and they should have suspended him for that.
