Craigger I'm ify about game 4. Bruins have to come out like they did in the second period last night. They can't expect a win like that again unless they work for it. I just hope they don't get too cocky.
bdeitemeyer, you're so wrong in your statement. The hit was LATE and dirty. Horton took 3 steps before getting hit. The NHL has to stop the hits to the head. At 11am we will see what happens to Rome.
I think whoever can win on the road will win this series.

Before I thought the bruins would win game 3 and that's it. But game three could have been a series changer. That hit could be the turning point, seen it happen before. The pressure they put on after that was unmatched in every respect. Game 4 will be a great one, I wouldn't be surprise at all if the bruins tie the series.

^^ it all depends on who wants it more. No more excuses. Bruins showed last night how much they want it and if they can play like they did in the second and third period of last night they will win the cup but they need that spark.

Edit:
Apparently, Horton thought he was still in Vancouver at Mass General.(another NESN article)
On Monday night, hockey fans were forced to watch the gruesome sight of Nathan Horton lying motionless on the TD Garden ice after getting hit in the head by Aaron Rome. On Tuesday morning, they were given the unfortunate news that they were expecting.
Tony Massarotti of 98.5 The Sports Hub reported on the station's Toucher and Rich show that Horton suffered a severe concussion and will not be able to return during this Stanley Cup Final. The initial report, according to Massarotti, is that Horton may have avoided long-term damage, though there's no way to be sure at this point.
"He's got a severe concussion and the good news is that it doesn't appear to be any neuorological damage, broken bones, anything of the like, but he's not going to play again this series," Massarotti said on Toucher and Rich. "It sounds like he dodged some of the worrisome [long-term] issues."

If they can bring what they had last night, it's theirs. There would be no greater revenge for Horton than winning the Cup.

Jon, I enjoy most of your commentary, but your homer glasses are blinding you. The hit was late, and that's what makes it dirty. It was a north south hit, and he didn't target the head.
If we want to agree on something, let's look at that late flying elbow by Torres.
History of headshots? Check
Late in a blow out? Check
Targets an unsuspecting players head? Check.
Connected? Nope. Thus, the NHL will ignore it. Sad to say.
Have a good one brother, I'm away from the computer today, so we'll pick this up this evening.

I would suspend him the rest of the playoffs and 5 games next year. You need to set a precedent. None of this 3 or 5 game crap. make it 15 - 20! Take away this guys pay, make him really learn.
