I was downtown detroit when the wings won the cup (in pitt) but the city still celebrated. It was crazy.

It's always an amazing time at wings playoff games though. Go home happy and without a voice. When we beat the ducks in game 7 to make it to the west finals in 2009. Late goal in the third (cleary I think?). Place went insane.

Apparently, it the playoffs is putting our local police department something like half a million over budget this year. There were riots in the early 90s. They are expecting it again.
