Far from an expert Dana. I'm an amateur who just enjoys the sport.

Dave, lace up are ideal for sparring although are a pain to put on an off and require another person to help you. Hook and loops traditionally would make you bleed from the Velcro hitting your body and head. The better ones have a leather layer that wraps over the Velcro so that it is not exposed. You can the benefit of the quick on and off and the protection once only offered by lace up.

Thanks man, that's great. I just realized I transposed while typing above, edited it. I have the 180" wrap, not the 108".

Great! I will go erase this one and make a "disregard" video.

Happy new year!

No, no, that's a great one, you should leave it up!

I've watched a few hand wrapping vid's and it's interesting seeing how everyone does it. I didn't know how to wrap properly until I watched videos like yours.

Dave, if you are interested in either Fairtex or Everlast stuff, I have a ton of like-new equipment that I bought just before my motorcycle accident.

I hardly had a chance to break it in. I cannot use it any longer due to my bum knee and arm.

Shoot me a PM and maybe we can make a deal.

Anyone try inner gloves to compare with traditional hand wraps?

Something like this?

Or this?

^ A few people in my Muay Thai classes use those. I actually like wrapping my hands, it sort of gets me ready for class.
