Johnson moving up to MW is kind of funny to me. So he only cuts 35 lbs?
His training camp doesn't look all that impressive in the stand-up category. If Vitor brings the stand-up he's capable of, Rd 1 is going to be an absolute fireworks show.
If these guys make it to Rd 2, it'll be interesting to see who's got the cardio.

I always find it strange when guys won't watch video of their competitors. I don't think that's very smart for visualization. In Cruz's case, he's talented enough to get away with it, but for most fighters, I think it'd definitely help. The coach needs to train the fighter and come up with gameplans, but the coach isn't fighting. Know your enemy.
