^exactly. Vick did his time, apologized, and now the nfl agreed to let him come back under certain conditions.

all those idiots protesting the eagles and vick's reinstatement need to stfu. (i'm talking about the people on the news/espn, not those of you here who are anti-eagles )

i mean, ok maybe theres some truth to that but he's shown remorse and part of his contract with the eagles is that he becomes proactive in animal rights and stuff.

He made his mistakes and now not only has he apologized and "paid his debt" he's also going one step further by doing things to prevent other people from doing the same thing he did.

he fought dogs. he didn't assault a person, he didnt kill or attempt to kill a person, he didn't use steroids.. I'm a dog lover myself, but I can forgive him under the circumstances.

Torturing and killing animals for pleasure is not a mistake. He knew what he was doing, and he enjoyed it. The next step is people. This guy needs to be put down.

He probably enjoyed the thrill he got from the fights.. i doubt he enjoyed actually torturing them.

Many of us enjoy driving faster than the speed limit, not because its breaking the law, but just because it can be exciting. not exactly the same as Vick's situation, but it is the same concept.

The bolded part is debatable, we do not know if he did or did not. But the fact that he did it multiple times leads me to believe that he did like doing it.

Paul, his apology was a joke, he wasn't sorry for what he did. He was sorry he f-ed his life up at the time. I am surprised so many fell for his BS (or am I). If you want to defend that POS be my guest.

Agreed, you give me his contract and I would apologize for whatever I have or have not done.. Just because someone says they are sorry, doesn't really mean they are.

You must be kidding...

They should tie Vik up to the rape stick they used on those dogs, let's really see how sorry he is.
