I'm really worried about this year. We need to set aside these "project" teenager signings and get serious with a major player. We've got a bunch of theoretically great players who really need to establish their names this season. We need a splash.

This could be a deadly strike trio. Skill ('binho), hustle (Carlito), and finishing (Carlito and 'Bayor) = plenty o' goals. Their talent alone means danger for most back lines, if Hughes can get them to gel and impart fluidity up front, City will be a serious threat. Villa, Liverpool and Chelsea better look out.
