I heard this on the radio this morning and immediately thought that Dana must have been at the game, wonder how he's doing? Absolutely insane but am also so glad they caught the person who caused the crash.

RIP man...

Yes. Turns out the driver that hit and killed Nick was drunk, had a history of DWI and was driving on a suspended license.

They should lock him up and throw away the key.

Thats horrible. These are the types of things I fear in our society. There should be a 1 strike you're out policy with drunk driving.

Terrible to hear and very sad indeed, but "one-strike" may be going a little far concerning drinking and driving in general. However, this person in the minivan will get what they deserve after killing three and fleeing the scene.

Your being way too nice buddy ... but I'll keep the punishment I think that POS drunk driver deserves, to myself
