The best solution would be to set a limit on how much a club can lose. Like Chelsea, for the past years they have had a huge loss every year but still no financial problem just because Roman is their owner. Put a limit on how much money they can lose every year instead.

A well structured and well organized club shouldn't have to pay for those whose not.

I agree, I think this is a bad idea. I doubt it will ever happen.

it's stupid idea spending money does not equal success most of FCBarcelona's best players are a product of the youth system : Messi, Iniesta, Xavi and Puyol to name a few

Let's not kid ourselves, we all love seeing teams bring in world class players together on the pitch!

I dont care how much it costs, cause nothing goes into my pocket!

Sorry buddy, can't agree. If you have it, you can do what you want with it.

Do we have to send some cash to Crystal Palace because they are out of cash? George Gillet has to sell the Montreal Canadians.... Well, sorry to hear that, but you can't spend it if you don't have it.

He's keeping Liverpool though... And supposedly agreed to give Benitez 40 mil pounds to spend this summer.

If you can't afford a top football club, buy a team in the Coca Cola Championship, not in the Premier League.

I guess what really bothers me is the fact that when football was dominated by Serie A nobody complained... Nobody wanted a 6+5 homegrown rule.. nobody was thinking about putting spending caps on anything.

Now it's all about Man U/Chelsea and Liverpool (Sorry Gunners, you're not in this category right now) and it seems, at least to me, that Blatter and Platini do everything they can to stop them from staying on top. Even though they do it fair and square.

Calciopoli scandal anyone?
