Now that the regular season is over it's amazing to look back on the last 17 weeks. There have been some big surprises and major let downs and here are the ones I found most noteworthy.

Lions - 0-16, I mean really? That sucks, you have to feel for those guys, even 1 game would have saved face.

Dolphins - What a great story, poor Chad Pennington gets the boot after Favre takes his job, Jets don't make the playoffs, Dolphins are the #3 seed. wow.

Falcons - Yet another huge turn around, more importantly I think it helped Falcon fans move on from the past (Vick).

Cowboys - There was a thread on this already, what more is there to say?

Chargers - 4-8, rally to win 4 straight and make the playoffs.


I thought it was one of the more exciting endings to a regular season. Bring on the playoffs!

 

this is the first season of football that I have actually followed closely, and I must say I will be a lifelong fan.

don't have a favorite team yet, but I really enjoy watching the Saints to be honest.

Not a surprise to me, but Aaron Rodgers finishing 4th in passing with over 4000yds passing and 32 tds (28 passing and 4 rushing)

Matt Ryan for MVP! o other player has sone as much for a team in need as he did this year. They are a very good complete team but his leadership is that of Marino and Elway.

 

we knew our boys were too hollywood from the get go. nobody is surprised here in dallas.
