Sean Avery and especially Todd Bertuzzi should be shot in both legs. I have no respect for either players especially Todd; he should have never been allowed to play in the NHL again.

Wrong. The pile-on that ensued from that incident is what caused steve moore to be in the position he is in.

Steve Moore's brother even admitted that's how he felt when they asked him about how he felt playing for Burke (Bertuzzis GM at the time)




Todd Bertuzzi made a mistake and served his time. Be done with it.
I would put brasheer, simon and MANY others on a sh!t list before Bertuzzi.

 

Doesn't matter to me, I have no repect for those kinds of actions. Agree Chris Simon is a pile of s*** as well.

 

Although I agree with you on the form of actions, Moore did deserve an ass-whipping for his cheap shot on Nasland the game before.

Its hockey next shift Moore should have gotten his ass creamed then be done with it. What Todd did was unforgiveable. Todd should have slashed him in the back of the leg (which hurts like hell I'm sure you know) then fought him. But no what he did was dirty. I think Moores elbow wasn't THAT THAT bad I think, just caught Nasland square, Nasland should have brased better for the hit and not exposed himself. Nasland is still playing to this day, Moore isn't........

 

I can assure you if Scott Stevens or Ken Danykeo were playing vs the Rangers in last years playoffs, Avery would have had is ass kicked instantly for dancing infront of Marty.

Here's where we differ. Nasland was exposed, off balance, and no where NEAR the puck. Moore committed to the check when all 3 of those factors were visible. He then Followed through with not only a hit, not only an elbow, but an elbow directly to the head.



Again, Im agreeing that Todd's reaction was dispicable, but there is no way in hell you can justify Moores hit.

Looking at the video/gif/replay again, its clear moore bypasses the puck in order to make the check even though nasland was in no position to take the puck away.
