I wish I was in the U.S. so I could help out. I applaud all of you for helping this young man fulfill one of his dreams. God praise you all for your kindness and God praise Alexander and his family. I have an enormous amount of respect for you all.

So nice how a little effort can make so much of a difference to others.

A couple of more pics from the Wynn.

Here's an email that my friend just received:

Just recieved an email from Bob Lebenson. A big thank you to Wynn and the team from all us. Here is the action at the WYNN in email from Bob:

As I said last night, Rich Kansky and his team could not have possibly done more for Alexander. All of them stayed the entire time after 5 PM, until well after 7. And each of them participated in one way or another.

Since I think you are familiar with the dealership, you know that the service area is at a lower level than the lobby/casino floor. Susie did not want to drive on the Strip, so she and Alexander took a special-needs taxi, with the rest of he group in a separate cab. Rich arranged that the cabs could drive right down the ramp into the service area, so that is how he arrived.

We spent a considerable time in there, with Kevin, John and other techs explaining to Alexander what was going on with each car. As you know, he is really quite handy with his motorized wheelchair, so he could visit each service bay.

We then moved over to the pre-owned car area, which is at the same lower level. I think Alexander was almost stunned at the display of cars in there. I specifically pointed out to him the old Penske Indy cars which are displayed.Again, people from Rich's team were continually interacting with him.

They have a section there for "tourists", whereby they can take photos "in a Ferrari (430)", and have them mounted with different backgrounds. Of course, Alexander couldn't get in the car, but he posed in front of it while various family members took turns inside it. Two of the attached pictures are ones that Rich sent me this morning. (The third is Alexander in the service area.)

We went back to the service area for a "demonstration" of Ferrari power. John took one of the cars owned by the dealership, and proceeded to do some max-accel runs up the ramp. That might have been the best moments for Alexander.

Here's a note from Alexander's aunt from another site.

I am Alexander's Auntie Bridget. I was lucky enough to be on part of Alexander's roadtrip and meet some of the Ferrari family in Burbank, and Scottsdale. There are no words to express my thanks and gratitude for all that you "great fellow human beings" have done for my nephew! The warm welcome out pouring of love that you have shown my famliy has been truly remarkable! You have all forever touched our hearts. I have never seen my nephew smile so much! He is a gentle quite shy soul, and is a man of few words, but let me tell you this has been all he has been talking about with us in the Van, (we are now calling it Van-errair) when we have been driving around. I know he will be happy to see the Burbank gang on Saturday. It has been great reading all the post, even though it makes me cry. Well again thank-you hardly seems adequate, but THANK-YOU all very much!! Bridget
