TN: 2005 Chateau de Fonbel (bordeaux)

I'm surprised by how many are drinking this young - to me, this is a quintessential wine to lay down for a few years, at least. The tannins are very strong, so it will make it without problem, and all the components are there (fruit, terroir, body, etc.) but it is still quite disjointed. I would visit the next one in at least 2 years.
