Thanks, the clutch and flywheel have arrived and probably another 3 weeks( fit the engine and gearbox to the car) for them to get the car back to me. Sort the ding on the passenger side door, fix new tail lights , sport pedals and new radio.

Okay since Thursday the engine is back in the car, new clutch, new flywheel.

(not yet installed)new front brake discs, x4 new pads.



Today they installed new fog lamps, Orange indicators and removed the ugly aftermarket clear ones. Now its looking like the BadBoys Turbo 3.6

I think worst case scenario one month if anything new appears and they need to order it.

Whats left is to adjust the CO and install Short Shifter and Porsche Classic Radio.

 

FINALLY! I was itching for an update!! 3.6 Turbos are addictive like that. It will definitely look better with the orange indicators; smart choice.

 

I wasnt happy with the white side indicators since day one, it looked riced out.

 

Went to check my car today and it starts. Road test will be carried out the next coming days. They will install hopefully the following:

Sideskirt seals for left and right.
Carnewal Europe sport pedals
Porsche Classic Radio.

Fix the dent/ding on the right door and full exterior detail.

They think they can get it done next weekend.

 

where did you get the "sideskirt seals" from? I need some new ones also,mine have shrunk over the years.. your car is coming along nice..

 

Thanks I didn't get them yet but they appear to be available in the dealer over here.
