Porsche Wins Pikes Peak Hillclimb
#12
Hi,
Nice effort by Porsche. That was the 'Time Attack - RWD' class. Pretty amazing, that time beats out the nearest Mitsu by about 3 seconds.
The overall winner was Suzuki, or technically the 'Unlimited Class' winner. Millen came third in that class by almost a minute, second was a guy in a Chevy.

1 Nobuhiro Tajima Suzuki SX4 4WD --- --- --- 10:11.490
98 Paul Dallenbach Chevy 2WD --- --- --- 10:39.534
6 Rhys Millen Hyundai RMR JE09 4WD --- --- --- 11:06.208
I thought the Hyundai was going to do much better

Hi,
No problems.
I am surprised that Rhys couldn't get even under the 11, maybe they should've stuck with the Genesis? Definitely not surprised by Tajima in the SX4 though. They have been flying up that mountain for a long time.
Cheers,
Nik
