You're almost right.

The 918 (aka 914-8) was a car given to Ferry for his 60th birthday by Porsche employees. It was based on the 914 and had a flat-eight engine. More info about it here.

The special edition 928 given to Ferry for his 75th birthday was called the 942.

I had to look all this up on wikipedia. Thank you for the correction about the 918 Spyder Concept.

955-First Generation Cayenne
957-Second Generation Cayenne

Don't know what the designation will be for the 2011+ Cayenne
