It seems my car got over-excited on its first drive of the year - the wipers were going crazy (at the 0 setting) and the interior fan wouldn't shut off (at the 0 setting). All other electrics seem to be fine and it seemed mechanically perfect. Even when I shut the car off, the fan kept going so I had to pull the battery.

It's been sitting in storage since December. Symptoms were the same even after a spirited 45 minute drive and several restarts.

What is this?
