No further action against RBR, despite the stewards not accepting RBR's argument. Sounds like the technical regulations need to be rewritten as a breach has been found.

Newey and the RBR guys have found yet another controversial aerodynamic advantage.

I hate it when they make decisions/penalties after a race...they better make a decision before the race, and not let it drag out like the hole in the floor bs.

They did make a decision before the race. There were no rules broken, the rules are just poorly written in this area.

Well that wasn't a penalty, it was a consequence of RBR finding a gray area in the regs. Now another gray area has been found, and I'm sure that'll get resolved soon as well. RBR's car is legal under the current regs, and will have to comply after they change the regs.
