At the highest levels of racing - everyone can drive a race car. It is who gives the best feedback to the team to set the car up better then the rest of the field on any given weekend.

Schumacher was one of the best at giving his mechanics the feedback they needed and that is what made Ferrari what they are today. Don't get me wrong, I don't like some of the stuff the guy does on the track but you have to give him credit. He will make Mercedes a competitive team in the next couple of seasons.
