So so bad, last death in the premier class was Kato in '03. GP has done so much to prevent this. Terrible news. He was a talented young man.

It's not broadcast here until noon. I think I'll pass. First Moto GP I will have not seen in years. Do not need to watch that.

The force of being hit by two bikes knocked off his helmet- most likely snapping his neck. Very difficult to knock off todays helmets.

Another very sad day in the world of motorsports. RIP Marco. Edwards and Rossi could not have done anything to avoid the collision.
