I'll look into it but I probably won't commit to anything until next year.
The speeding ticket to or from the GP is a writ of passage bud.

Expensive hotel fees could be a thing of the past for you if you commit and find an equally committed group of guys.

I'm not trying to pressure you brother! I will be at the USGP regardless.

It would just be great to meet up.

Tickets: F1 Canada Grand Prix - Formula 1 Montreal | Circuit Gilles Villeneuve

Accommodations: I would suggest doing a trade with someone who wants to sleep on your coach for the USGP. If you crash on their coach for the CGP they can crash on yours for the USGP.

But if that is not an option - I stayed here in 2010. Htel Le Roberval, htels Montral, centre-ville, hbergement, conomique It was not the Taj Mahal, but it was affordable, clean and only a block from a metro station.

If you buy a three-day Metro pass then you have transportation to and from the track via the subway. The track is only 2 stops from the Metro station by the hotel.

Hey Sean, maybe we can split the hotel? And maybe get someone else to join. That would make it pretty cheap.

I am strongly thinking about going this year, however the timing will depend on a work rotation which I am hoping to end in the first week of June. In that case I would be able to go. Should know for sure in the next couple of months.

If you can't get tickets through the track at that point, check out this broker.

Official Formula 1 Tickets 2011 - The number 1 place to buy F1 tickets online

They do a very good job. I used them in 2010 and Randy used them last year.
