Correct, which he currently has covered...
The problem scenario is whether or not they change tires during one of these last 2 stops. If they do, that's an extra 20 seconds...which they don't quite have covered at the moment (about 5-10 seconds short). Luckily, the second stop won't need a full tank of fuel, so that'll cut down on some time hopefully.
