Wanted to know if anyone is attending this event. This will be my very first time at a track. Will be taking my E36 325is and will be THE slowest car in Novice group so should be a lot of fun. I am going with 3 more friends who have some experience at Watkins.

Do you have any pointers for my first time?

 

The Glen is a high speed track one of my favorite in the NE.

Follow the checklist on BMWCCA's site, how to prep the car and what to bring. Tracking for the firs time is exciting and the nerves will settle after your first few sessions.

-pay attention in the class room
-don't be afraid to ask questions
-Use your mirros

Remember your there to improve your driving, learn the car, learn the track and have fun.
