Barrister has a reputation beyond repute

The League favors wins. That 200 points for winning crushes anything else.

Second place only nets 100 points.

So if you pole and get second you are left with 50 points less than the winner.

To be in contention, you must pick the race winner.

But the teams have agreed not to enforce the 107% rule in Australia because it is the first race.

The Stewards always have discretion with that rule as well.
