I know, as you can see a few posts up I was ALL for a 4 person. But on looking at the scoring and doing some ROUGH calculations, I feel that 3 person all star squad will hold up best. The points for each positions gained is a real consideration, but IMO would only really be beneficial if by fluke an A list driver qualified low, or someone like Schumi who probably will be middle of the pack makes a run to the podium. I just don't buy, say, a glock starting in the back and gaining to the front because the only way you make up the points is if that person qualifies poorly then finishes in, say, the top 4. Otherwise the points you earn of the guy who qualifies high and only moves up only 2 but finished 4 would be more than the points you gain from someone improving position.

I know what's up with that. They are either getting some crazy engineering on, or they were prepared for some of their new tech not working and had everything prepared for late pre-season changes. The impartial side of me says that Ferrari is looking strong, but mclaren is catching me off guard.

Currently the betting lines around the world are favoring Vettel in the race with Alonso a close second.

Surprisingly, most are giving Button slightly better odds to win than Webber. Likely because Button has won the past two races at Albert Park and Webber traditionally struggles.

The Mercs - both Rosberg and Schumi - are about even running 5/6 and 6/5 in most lines.

Make of that what you will.

The League places a huge premium on pole position and wins.

If you get the pole sitter and the winner you get 250 points.

That's more than the final 3 points paying places combined.
