Bruno Senna: Staying In The Game

Just the other day we had a debate about whether it was a good move for a driver to take a seat with a team he knows can't compete.

The consensus seemed to be that you take any seat you can just to stay in the F1 game.

This nice article featuring an interview with Burno Senna echoes that sentiment.

Once again, bootlegged from Autosport PLUS. Enjoy.

Dammit. Print too small on the iPhone. This is why it would be nice to zoom in on a page (cough...DJ...cough). Well, that and livable bewbies.

Better than nothing, I suppose. I think it's better to be a test driver for Lotus Renault than it is to be a main driver for HRT...

Hi,

Some need to be the flame, some just need to keep warm. Keep the desire strong, Bruno. Can't imagine the experience he is a part of. Best of luck to him.

Cheers,
Nik

Totally agree.

Senna was on a sinking ship at HRT, now that's he's moved over to Lotus-Renault. He'll have a lot more opportunities there.

I think it is much harder to get back in once you have left.

if he could post up purple sectors every once in awhile that would help, he just hasn't gotten to grips with these cars yet.

but as i said earlier, any driver must hang on to any seat they can get, testing is certainly better than moving to tin tops.
