I have had to remove a few teams from The League because they chose Strategy 2 (45 million budget with no driver changes).
The League this year is limited to Strategy 1 players (40 million budget and unlimited driver changes).
If you were removed from The League for this reason, please make a new entry and join under Strategy 1.

No. Their value will change - either up or down - after each race based on their performance.
So if you buy a guy cheap and he does well, his value rises and vice versa.
Last year Seb Vettel was the highest valued driver at the end of the season at about 18.00 if I remember. He could have been purchased for about 12.00 at the start of the season.
