Wow. I am always amazed when I watch old F1 videos from before they had sequential gearboxes. Having to execute heel-toe downshifts while threshhold braking is such an art/skill with all those g-forces acting upon you. The videos of Senna with one hand on the wheel at Monaco really amazes me.

Not Monaco, I couldn't find a good one:

Is that first video from the new movie? I sure hope that I get a chance to see that movie in a real theater not just on DVD from home.

Thanks for the share. I agree Senna is the greatest of all time!

I love these quotes from Senna:
"I don't know driving in another way which isn't risky. Each one has to improve himself. Each driver has its limit. My limit is a little bit further than other's."

"And suddenly I realised that I was no longer driving the car consciously. I was driving it by a kind of instinct, only I was in a different dimension."

"Fear is exciting for me."

"Being second is to be the first of the ones who lose."

He was the greatest ever hands down and forget about it when the track was wet even better in those conditions.

Those videos are just so intense!!! I can't imagine how exhausting it must be to drive that aggressively and with that much intensity for such an extended period of time. The amount of focus required is mind numbing. Simply amazing.
