New team disorganization a joke, says Webber

he's been through a lot to get to where he is, cut the guy some slack. remember his minardi days? his jaguar days? he has pace, he just needs more consistency. he also does a ton of charity work off season. he seems to be pretty decent overall, he's just a typical type a guy.

you know i will defend any F1 driver from slander. if you find out about these guys you will see some of them have been through hell and back to get to where they are. people just write them off because of a bad performance or the way they interview or something minor but it's not the full story and not a basis to form an opinion about a person. i have a lot of respect for these guys, i know you do too (no matter how many jokes you make ).

his talent may have made his progression faster but it was no easier than anyone elses. he proved he was the best by his performance, that's all you can ask of a driver. he deserves as much respect as anyone else on the grid.
you should never begrudge someone their success.
