In his 2 races last year, Kobayashi qualified 11th and 12th and finished 9th and 6th respectively. He did show some balls with some exciting wheel to wheel racing but I'm thinking that won't necessarily translate to points, especially since he was close to dnfs in both races.

Dropped him for De la Rosa.

 

If Kob-salad was in the same position he was in last year, I would agree with you. My thought is he is in a better car, and given his style of racing, I think he's a sleeper, like Button last year. only difference is I hate Button.

 

I don't think we'll see any break-away drivers this year like we did with Button and Barrichello.

I'm really on the fence on strategies right now. I feel really good about my lineup but given the new scoring set-up and the points difference between 1st & 2nd place, not to mention the extra 25 pts for fastest lap, it makes it really tough to decide between 4 safe picks or 5 more radical choices. I'm not going to spill the beans on who I picked just quite yet, especially because it could very likely change a few times in the next 24 hrs.

 

First Bahrain practice session starts in less than 12-hours.

I think that the practice sessions are critical for setting the proper fantasy team.

Just don't be fooled by "Good Mr. Friday" - Nico Rosberg.

For those who logged on this morning and had a heart attack because the lineups were frozen too early, they have fixed the problem and lineups can now be updated until March 13 at 3:00 am EST.

The Newey cars will perform. Alonso will perform. Will Schumi? Will Lewis? Absolutely, but maybe not the way people expect - that will drive their values down.

 

All this strategizing crap... I'll just stick with my crew. Three out of the top five spots in P2 sounds good so far.
