It doesn't work like that. You get money depending on the constructors finish (team) and the team pays drivers win or lose on a contract.

well, the driver has to pay more towards his super license so he gets fined.

Very cool for Brawn GP. They did a fantastic job all season and now they've clinched the WCC and finished 1-2 in the WDC.
