Its official, Fisichella races for scuderia Ferrari...

I doubt it. Fisi's always been a bit of an underrated driver, but he's not in the league of Mass or Kimi (or Alonso for that matter). Massa's seat is secure, pending health issues. Kimi's, on the other hand, may be up for grabs. At his best, he's just phenomenal, but on an off-day, he's merely average. It really seems as though F1 just doesn't get his blood pumping most of the time. It may just be the veneer of Finnishness masking his inner excitement, but I get the impression that anything other than a win means nothing to him, and if he doesn't think there's a shot to win, he pretty much phones it in on raceday.
A Schumacher return would be nice, but I think he'd only come back if there were a shot at the championship.

There is always a rumor this time of the year about Alonso jumping to Ferrari.

So they could have cars at the front and back of the pack?

This could be interesting. With three cars per team would this mean that teams could now have more than one pit crew. It never made sense to me in the first place that two cars have one pit crew. It would be nice if each driver could have a dedicated crew...would make for some interesting strategies.
