Personally, I don't think this will last, but like BigE said, this is F1 and they will adapt. I hated the new aero changes at first, but like nearly everyone else, I've fallen in line and like it now.

Total dedication brother!

Hey, if F1 wants to continue to make itself like every other pedestrian racing league, then let it.

But what makes F1 special are all of the little strategic points that other racing leagues lack.

If you want pure driver ability, watch IROC. F1 is about the TEAM. It is a TEAM sport.

If you continue to minimize the pit strategy, then you gut much of what makes F1 great and different. Not good in my book.

Now we just need to lure Ara to the banter thread next weekend. He will get hooked!!

Oh the ironing.

And here we go with real racing.

I haven't missed a race, qualifying, or practice session all year; haven't posted during all of them, though. I hope to continue my very impressive streak throughout the season. Maybe I can put my perfect attendance on my rezoom.

Don't get me wrong I love F1 and have been a huge fan for a long time BUT I hate the fact that races are most commonly decided in the pit area. I do agree and like the fact it is more team oriented that any other form of racing but just by to much of an extent. There has to be a middle ground and I for one hope this fuel idea helps get it there...

Anything that makes F1 more like the old Group C or Can Am series and less like NASCAR or CART/CHAMP is a good move in my book. Unfortunately the technology that now exists on almost every level of racing makes that nearly impossible.
