So I was going to clean up the cameras today, and before I opened them I spun the film winders just in case... well, it turns out the AE-1 had a roll in it! I'm glad I checked! Who knows how long it's been in there, buit it was advanced into the camera.
I need to find a GOOD place to take it, who can take care understanding that it is OLD film and see if it can't be salvaged. Kind of exciting!

None of them zoom THAT much!
I'm heading down to the park now to shoot with the 35-85mm 2.8 - I'm anxious to see what it can do!

So I played around with the 35-85mm a little. I forgot how inconvenient manual focus and slide zoom are
It's a cool lens, but there's no chance I'd use it in any situation over the 24-70! I think the Macro lenses are potentially useful, where I'd use manual focus anyway.
So here's a shot I took with the 35-85. Turned out ok, I think...

recorded almost no EXIF data, though.
