Nikon D7000

Almost pulled the trigger on one of these today. Thought I would check with the experts on TS for feedback before I purchased it. Any Lens you recommend as well beyond the 55-200mm it comes with. TIA

d7k, nice choice!
regarding the lens ?. really depends what you are going to shoot most of.
IMO,
if you want medium zoom with a good wide angle (good walk around z-lens), the Nikor 17-55 2.8 is a wonderful lens. and a 70-200vrII for reach and sports.

If you want primes:
for portraits (and low light), the 85 1.4G and a 35 1.8
and also another prime to keep in your kit is the 200 f2 to take pics of your stable of fine automobiles.
enjoy and lets see some pics

Do it. The D7000 is a great little camera and really well built for the price. As suggested, the 17-55 Nikkor is a wonderful lens for that body.
