What do you mean by the subject is too centered? Which photo specifically and where should it be?

3rd pic, I'd have loved to see more room to the right ... ya know, to suggest she is looking that way. May have included a boat or two in the background as well.
Same for the bird shot, I'd have seen it framed with more room to the left.

But they don't take away from the amazing colour and sharpness!

Hahaha thanks. She loves to keep me on my toes so I don't forget to hustle for money. I'm surprised she can see the ring from that far. I guess women have an eye for these things.

Yep, creates interest in the photo.

Same with the horizon line. Try not to compose photos with it smack bang in the center.
