Pinhole Camera

Anyone ever make one of these. I know a guy who makes them and sets them all over. He took a pic of downtown NYC and it was amazing. For those of you who don't know, the pinhole camera will not pickup moving objects, so NYC looked as if it was deserted in the pics.

If you have some pinhole pics post them up!

I am going to make one and see how it works.

Do you have any examples? This isn't the type of pinhole camera I thought you'd be discussing.

In my head I'm thinking... perfect for the women's locker room...

I mean... ummmm... did I say that out loud?

Ooohhhhh... THAT kind of pinhole camera. My daughter made one of these this year in photography class.

I don't see how these fail to pick up moving objects though. She took several shots of objects (moving and stationary) just fine.

I guess if the aperture is super high, you'll need a way long exposure, which ghosts moving objects.
Or something like that.

I am not sure how it works myself. I thought it would be fun to make and try some different things with it. Plus, my daughter loves to make stuff, so its will be a fun project.
