Pretty disappointing powertrain choice. I think the S7 is a more interesting prospect, and next year's BMW M4 will blow this away.

Disappointing? An n/a V8 that makes over 100hp/L and revs over 8k? Just about every engine on earth must disappoint you. I've driven this car - its fast and fun to drive. The S6/S7 are barges - fun barges, but totally different roles. As far as the M4 goes, it better blow the RS5 away, it'll be over 4 years newer.

You're right the M4 is going to blow, nothing like a triple turbo inline six to......oh yeah Nevermind the R8 has a high revving V8....next comparison please.
