About a year ago Audi showed us the R8 GT, a lighter and stronger version of the R8 V10, and until now the GT was only available as a Coupe. But Audi has already confirmed that the 560 horsepower strong V10 will find its place in a Spyder as well, and here our Teamspeed spies bring us the first photos to prove that it’s almost ready. It’s hard to miss that rear spoiler on this blue beauty even if the rear bumper still not is the right one.
The GT version of the Coupe is about 100 kg lighter than the standard V10 so we expect a similar figure on the Spyder. Other figures that we suspect will be the same is the amount of cars that will be built, 333 Coupes will be followed by 333 Spyders. Enjoy the stunning photos!
