Here's the translated version of that article. It's a german article, so all the changes mentioned in it prolly won't make it to the US market.

Long awaited and now announced: the Audi A4 B8 gets a facelift. But more interesting is the news that will now appear even after a long time a new version of the RS4 model. Already announced for spring 2010 and then postponed it, but now the RS4 is also on a base made B8 facelift.

Narrower shape, Audi A6 headlights and a sporty edge guide as the Audi A1 are only a few of the optical innovations. The aim of Audi, it is probably that current B8 A4 model now adapt to the A6/A5 series.

But not only visually, the facelift will lift off from the existing model, but new engines are scheduled for the presentation of the new Audi A4 facelift. So shall e.g. the current 2.7 TDI models replaced by a 3.0 TDI with 204th Its sophisticated dual-injection, the quietness and the dynamics of the engine should be increased.

The highlight for last: The RS4 is back with a 450 hp engine and a new face. It will be interesting.

The only downer for all V8 fans sound is probably the fact that the RS4 is constructed with a bi-turbo V6 FSI and is not driven as in a V8 B7 sucker.

Maybe you won`t get the Diesel, but of course you`ll get the new headlight design, the new Interior layout with the Nav screen and commands similar to the A6,which is a very very nice thing
It will very likey get a lot of things that were introduced on the new A6!
And if you`ve ever checked out the new A6 you`ll know that it is a vast improvement over the old A6
Even I as an BMW owner was impressed with it
